1. Dial in: Dial Tsing Hua University, (03)5715131 then transfer to the extension number of dorm room.
2. Dial out:
   • In campus: from dorm room to other extension in campus.
   • Dial out to outside campus: Press 0, then press the numbers of outside campus (which have to have applied for municipal or long distance call within this country).
