2. NTHU T-shirt 14th Aug. 2018 to 28th Sept. 2018. (Lucky draw winners of NTHU T-shirt should take the initiative to contact us before 20th July 2018. Please send an email to ylpeng@mx.nthu.edu.tw to inform your size&color[blue or white] and contact information, which can help us to proceed  subsequent procedures of awarding.) Over the deadline, we'll help the draw winners who don't contact us to order their T-shirt. We are unable to accept any returns on size or color by then. Thanks for your consideration.

1. Please bring your student/staff card and sign your name when you receive the prize.
2. You can authorize other people to receive the prize. The trustee should be student/staff in NTHU. The trustee has to bring his/her and principal's student/staff cards, and sign the trustee's name and No. when he/she receive the prize.
